Booking Policies
Please read our policies carefully before booking your appointment
📅 Appointment Booking
• All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Appointments are confirmed only after deposit payment is received
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability
❌ Cancellation Policy
• 24+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit minus processing fee
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund of deposit
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case by case
• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty with 24+ hours notice
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment
• 15+ minutes late: Appointment may be shortened or rescheduled
• 30+ minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited
• Late arrivals may result in additional charges for extended time
💇♀️ Hair Preparation Requirements
• Hair must be freshly washed and completely dry
• No oils, gels, or heavy products in hair
• Hair should be detangled and blow-dried straight
• Failure to prepare hair properly may result in additional charges
• We reserve the right to wash hair if not properly prepared ($25 fee)
💳 Payment Policy
• We accept cash, card, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle
• Full payment is due upon completion of service
• Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and complexity
• Additional charges apply for extra-long or thick hair
• Gratuity is appreciated but not required
✨ Service Expectations
• Service time varies: 2-8 hours depending on style complexity
• Bring snacks, charger, and entertainment for longer appointments
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please limit guests to maintain a peaceful environment
• Photos will be taken for portfolio unless you opt out
🧴 Aftercare & Maintenance
• Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided
• Touch-ups within 7 days are complimentary for installation issues
• Normal wear and loosening after 7 days incur regular pricing
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper care
• Recommended products will be suggested for maintenance
🏥 Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any scalp conditions or allergies
• If you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment
• All tools are sanitized between clients
• We reserve the right to refuse service for health concerns
• Clients with lice or scalp infections will be rescheduled
